Delete your PARALLAX account

You can delete your PARALLAX online account and its data at any time. Offline play never needs an account.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Profile and tap your account (Guest account or Registered as …).
2. On the Online account screen, tap Delete online account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect at once and cannot be undone.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, e-mail support@playparallax.app with your username or display name. Because we do not collect e-mail addresses, we may ask for details that show the account is yours (for example, when you last played and against whom). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

• All sign-in sessions, on every device.
• Your username, your password hash, your synced settings and your rating.
• Your display name, which is replaced by “Deleted player”.
• Your open private rooms, which are closed. An ongoing match is forfeited.

What is kept

Finished matches and rating history are kept in anonymised form, without your name or username, so that your former opponents’ match histories and ratings stay correct. Server logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.

Data on your device

Saved games, game records and lesson progress stay on your device until you remove them with Settings → Delete local data or uninstall the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.
